1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Sale, clearance, and discounted items are not eligible for return or refund (unless faulty).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Used or washed clothing
Items damaged due to customer misuse
Innerwear, socks, or hygiene-sensitive products
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (where applicable).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange for size or product (subject to stock availability).
Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items
